How do I keep missing the @cookwithus contests?!! I remember burritos from my time living in the States. They are not a thing here in South Africa but I'm certainly going to try this recipe. I love your colourful recipes and enthusiasm for all the variety of tastes. Great post @plantstoplanks!

I think there will be one more week before they take a break, so you'll have to keep a lookout to join in! :) I do have a great enthusiasm for yummy, healthy food. Which puts me in good company on here with all of you! I didn't want to overlap too much, so my post for Lena's contest will come up in a few hours. So much good food to share, so little time to do it!
