This looks amazing! I really like the rosemary in the sauce. I feel this really added a big boost of flavor along with the miso. I'm a big fan of mushrooms so I like that in the filling and also the tofu ricotta. I like how you finished off the dish with fresh herbs. This just really elevated your lasagna. I sometimes forget about rosemary since we haven't been able to get it to grow well in our herb garden yet, but it really is one of my favorite herbs! I can give my boyfriend a pat on the back for reminding me the parsley had bounced back enough to have plenty to use to finish this off for that fresh component. This was a good one to cap off another great season of @cookwithus! :)
