Oh my sounds interesting as I never ever tried lizzard ... when I saw the pics I thought Osso Buco resembles it a lot ... I doubt that I will be able to try this out as there is no way I can get lizzard meat here at the moment ... but sure would love to try it ... I had totally imagined that lizzard meat would look way more like chicken in the meat , so very interesting to learn something new ...thank you for sharing
