All those wonderful ingredients sum up to a really nice treat! I think I can totally enjoy it without the ice cream. Simple and quick!
Glad you found some freeze-dried strawberries @foodflaneur. They seem to be more accessible where I live so I'm crossing my fingers that they become more available where you live as well along with other freeze-dried fruits (and veggies).
Love your photos, especially photo #5. That sliver of focus on a cross-section of the cookie dough is a teaser, showing off its cracks and texture. Naughty for sure!
