Hi @mayasiam! When I first saw your entry, I got so excited as it reminded me of a Malaysian dish that's one of my favorites. Upon reading your entry, I realized it's not exactly the same as the Malaysian version doesn't have noodles. Plus, yours sounds even tastier and better with the special herbs that flavor the dish.
When I finally go back to Thailand, you'll have to show me how this is made. It would be a fun activity to do together.
