As always very delicious, looking at your photographs I noticed they are better quality and you present more zoomed pictures too, of course that makes us readers hungry too. Beautiful served and great description. Like the spices you add in, that sometimes plays a great role and changes completely the taste of dish. Thank you for such comprehensive description of ingredients too :)

Thanks so much for noticing I am trying to improve my photo skills! I'm still nowhere near some of the other amazing folks on here, but I do my best to make my humble food look good. Nice to know it is working. ;)
