- The layer of carrot and pineapple were both great and both have a very pleasant flavor for our palate. the cream of coconut also gave that characteristic flavor that melts our mouth when we feel it. The crust was definitely delicious enough that I may re-purpose it into energy bites, but the whole was even more delicious than the individual components!
