Oh wow, this is amazing! But I first was afraid you will never be able to show it because of the lockdown, but then understood that you already went to the cosplay and that the date was before the Corona outbreak in Europe...
You did really well and I am amazed how much work you put into the dress and I am looking forward to the final outfit. By the way, if you ever use the point shoes again and in case you did not know, (but you already googled this perhaps or know this yourself from ballet lessons) you can use toe pads to safe your toes a bit of stress, it is still hurting, but a lot less than dancing or in your case standing/walking without the pads.

Thanks !
Yes, I'm really slow at posting my WIP ! (those are from late december / early january ^^). In fact when thinking of it, I was lucky to not get my events cancelled by the corona ^^
Yes, I really wanted it to be perfect so I put a lot of effort on it ! I think they gave me those (I got fabric pads and silicon pads) but yes, the point shoes are mostly only for photoshoot and skit (I think it really add something to the costume !).
The fun fact is that during the time I was making this costume, an incredible cosplayer that I follow got it and took stunning photos with point shoes (link to some pictures and her instagram : 1, 2, instagram) !
