Tell good bye to stress

Stress is the most common thing in nigeria because people always like stressing themselves with much work so as to survive.
We live in a country that a man can not stay without working in a day because they think they can't survive and the worst thing is that the work we do stress us alot.
So sometimes is good we rest at list 20 minutes a day as siester so as to relax our body system.
Now let's begin
First of all what is stress- stress is a state of worry or mental tension cause by a difficult situation, a force that can affect an individual is stress.
Sometimes the work we do and sometimes not working how:
Some work you over do can cause stress
**And when you don't have work to do then you think of how to take care of your children and train them and lo and behold no money, so when you worry to much it causes stress, I hope I can convince you with these few words of mine.

causes of stress

  1. Difficulty in breathing: you when you run you breath fast so when you are stress you start breathing abnormal it will be as if you breath is ceising you need to rest.
    There was a time in my life I work from morning till night without rest after everything I feel as if my breath is ciesing why is because am stress and I need to rest.
  2. Problems around you: this is a state of being when you are not doing anything maybe you lost your job or you lose someone and you,Ve cried a lot for example my neighbor that lost a child she cried to the extent that she was stress and she started sliming down everything showed on her and all over her will tell you that she is dress out due to crying because she lost a child.
  3. Muscles ache and headache: this is a situation where you are being stress out you keep feeling headache and and muscles pain at times when you are working and you feel sleepy go and have your rest because without good health you can make that money.
  4. Chest pain: in this situation when I was working more than my strength can hold it really affected me every time I keep having chest pain and once it comes it wont allow you do what you are doing so in this situation it can sometimes cause ocsar.
  5. Indigestion and heartburn: when you rush your food or you eat hot food can cause heartburn and indigestion it is good when you eat you drink water to digest well

how to relief stress

Putting on a smiling face all the time
Eating healthy food
Sleeping when your body needs it
Always consult your doctor
Use juice or any cool drink to digest your meal
