Just don't go too crazy with the sanitizing, it's not healthy. Your body is used to germs, you've been living with them your whole life. If you go and start taking them all away, you will create more problems. ;)

Thats true, i tell ny dad this all the time, he has unfortunately gotten to the stage where he will take a drug for the slightest headache....cmon man....
Coconut water is great for headaches, and pretty much everything else. lol
