This is new to many. Tell all your problems and issues in detail, and ensure that you are understood. Make sure your coworkers know it is nothing personal.
Another source of stress between coworkers when working from home is the added workload for parents and caretakers. Taking care of children is a full-time job in itself. Gove a wide berth to those who are facing stress from both work and home, and be open to flexible work schedules. A lot of work can be accomplished when the kids are asleep.
As a newly minted home office worker, your learning curve can be steep. Have empathy, and make sure you communicate any issues you may have as soon as they come up.
