It's hard to imagine how many people that is but it's also hard to figure where the truth is. China underestimate cases, some countries give incentives to treat covid so obviously there will be many false cases reported to get revenue from the government and keep hospitals open. Honestly after a few months of this shite I trust governments and media and the WHO way less than before. I am fearful of the second wave in the northern hemisphere in the fall. I am fearful of international travel but also fearful of being forced to take an early vaccination that will have <1 year's development at best. I hope covid disappears like SARS. I can imagine work places, likely regular offices and airlines forcing vaccination or you can't work or travel anymore. I am fearful that the resistance against racism which is valid but dangerous to spread more covid19 will be a distraction from the real power grab. More taxation, forced vaccination, more control less freedom, do what we say or else huge fines or imprisonment.
Speaking of resistance I've no idea why Canada allows marches for BLM etc during CoVid-19. It's a disgrace if they cost more lives. My granny had a cough the other day but it's not covid19 so that's great
