Im assuming some information, one your located in the UK? Two in the UK they are allowed to take children from their families if education needs are not being met. That kind of solution is unheard of in the US. Im very sorry that your going through this. Im sure your very exhaused and worn out by the whole process, I hope your son is safe and you can get into contact with someone who can give you some answers. I know your under allot of pressure, but continue to call, write emails and tell your story. The most important thing is getting your son back. I will say a prayer for you and don't give up.

Thank you @clearbluecrypto i am in the United states in Indiana. And It is under the neglect section and states educational neglect is neglect. Now i had him enrolled in online courses. Just at the time of them showing up i didn't have the adequate log in information because he refused to do the work. I as the parent know my responsibilities but could not get him to listen and had been begging for help just for it to blow up in my face basically. I have called and called people who are telling me wait until this date then call back... Just getting the run around. Thank you for the prayers they are much needed at this time and greatly appreciated!!
Amazing I had no Idea that they could do that. Please let me know how this situation works out.
Our "case" is unique i suppose... He had son behaviour issues and was getting in trouble so they used that to their advantage i will keep you updated thank you for your concern
