healthiswealth? One time I saw an advertisement in the jobs section of a local newspaper that told people that they could make good money being foster care parents. It provided a phone number for those who were interested. After reading this advertisement, thousands of alarms went off in my head. Unemployed people read this part of the newspaper. It's like the social services agency that posted this same advertisement were only putting these foster care children at risk by getting God knows what to contact them and express an interest in becoming foster care parents for all the wrong reasons.
