I had no idea this was going on so I'm sure the general public doesn't either.
With the camp found in Tucson a few weeks ago and now reading this it sounds like an evil plan to get kids, is the percentage of girls taken higher than boys I wonder?

Yeah, it's pretty shocking :/ Yes, things can easily fit together to feed the perverts... I don't know about gender, but teen moms give birth so that puts them at a disadvantage compared to teen dads...
yes sir I see. It is such an entrenched problem with a government bureaucracy that I don't know how it ever gets changed..I'm sure their funds increase every year and they get more powerful and have more support every year. dang.
