Hold on, a "profit incentive" you say, with companies being paid to separate parents from their children? Well, I'm 100% against that, if that's true that needs to be changed ASAP, so nationalize it, and pay social workers a fixed salary, regardless of how many they seperate or not seperate.
Let's just agree that in some instances, taking children away from their parents is 100% justified and necessary, like when they beat them or just don't take care of them at all, according to people close to them. I've heard a few stories of that happening in Germany where I live, and in all cases the tip the agency got was from like the grandparent of the child for instance, which is a really hard decision to make for a family member so we should take it seriously.
