Hey Steemers, the Sutton brewery is going along great these days :) We just filled the first of the new 625 litre fermenters (see previous post) and that beer is now happily bubbling away with the yeast now turning the sugars into CO2 and alcohol. :)
We hooked the fermenters up to a master - slave - slave control box and they can now be temperature regulated individually depending on the type of beer being made. Here's some I made earlier.
If you have a better man-fridge, I would like to see it! Haha. Cheers!
