Creative Commons Art by Aldo Ojeda
Aldo Ojeda is a teacher, illustrator and graphic designer from México, who spends his days "drawing warriors, monsters and robots." I discovered him while looking for creative commons art at twitter. He is also an "Irredeemable bibliophile, sci-fi geek, comic book enthusiast and RPG addict."
In the morning, I learn from my college students. In the afternoon, I spend my time painting warriors, monsters and robots. At night, I wish the day had more hours.
Here are some examples from his blog:
Zombie Shark

Sometimes Aldo asks his facebook friends for ideas, which he then illustrates.
On this occasion the theme was mash up, mixing two or more concepts. The winning idea was: zombie shark and here is the result. [...] First I made a normal shark and then go to zombify it: This illustration has a Creative Commons Attribution license, you can download the PSD file at 400dpi in the following link:

Hey, remember the villain from hell ? It's been five years since I drew that Chinese skullcap. I would really like to do a comic with this character again. For now, here is an image with a Creative Commons Attribution license, you can download it at 300dpi here:
