Before I go flying off the handle, I wanted to share this with you.
Since we live in the middle of nowhere, I'm not always interested in running to town right away if I need something. With a little thinking and some creativity, we can often find a worthy solution right here at home. This was one such case.

Man, I love that! I bet it works and feels better than anything you could have bought? I also say that it probably hangs somewhere on some shelf for about $29.99 with a tiny sticker on it that reads "China." :)
You're probably right!
So much more beautiful than a store bought handle @papa-pepper. Good for thinking outside the box😉💛🌈❤️🌴🦋
I thought so too! Thank you!
I like the rustic look of the handle you made. I am all for making your own tools and hardware. We have made some rustic furniture and doors too. To me, it is just more friendly and welcoming than some new things.
It is more friendly and welcoming! Plus, you can't beat the price!
That is a great handle.
Thank you very much Mr. Farmer!
A mind that is creative and thinker like yourscan make solution to a problem out of the available resources. And if you have enough time to waste you can curve that twig into a beautiful handle.
Thanks @cloudspyder!

One feels not a little jaunty when innovating in such a way.
Especially when it turns out aesthetically pleasing.
