I must confess that keeping up with documenting my every-day's activities in my diary is quiet difficulty, but i always make out time probably by 11:00PM daily to summary all those activities in a simple form. As regard creativity, sometimes the flood of ideas just come rushing in so, what i do to avoid loss of these priceless ideas, is by always carrying along with me a small piece of writing material everywhere i go and documenting any influx of ideas as it comes for later use.
