Three receptions for productivity

1 . Get enough sleep and eat well
For some reason, we think that you can not sleep, eat all in a row and at the same time give out champion results. We simply do not represent our full capacity.

A good sleep and a healthy diet are preparation. A professional athlete will not show good results if he did not eat or drink for two days. Although the scale of effort and skill, he will put all 10, the level of his training will be zero. And this will nullify everything else.

It is useless to squeeze a maximum out of yourself when you do not have the strength. It's the same as not trying at all.

Sleep and nourishment are the basic preparation for any life situations. Sleep longer, eat well, and you will notice the difference.

2 . Train your attention with meditation
During meditation, we switch attention from abstract thoughts to breathing. It develops concentration.

The ability to focus attention is the most important skill for productivity. In words it is very simple, but in fact it is much more difficult to direct and hold attention. This skill needs to be trained, and meditation is ideal for this.

Try to meditate. It will be useful to you in all spheres of life.

3 . Optimize your processes
Watch your processes and evaluate what results they give. For example, if your day always starts unsuccessfully and sluggishly, consider what you do in the morning.

It is not necessary to search only problem areas. Good processes can also be improved. For example, you regularly exercise, but notice that do not get stronger. Instead of increasing the time of training, begin to work harder on specific muscles. The results will appear faster.

If the process does not meet your goal, you will not get the desired results. Think about how to optimize it.

Assess different areas of your life: sports, nutrition, sleep, work. Think about whether you can optimize them to improve results. Even small changes will seriously affect your productivity.
