Over time, many products acquired not only practical value, but also became almost works of art. Nowadays ceramics is more used in the interior than for practical purposes.
Although in our days all these jugs, braziers and cauldrons of clay are not only very beautiful, but also convenient in the economy.
If you want to treat loved ones with a delicious dish, it is worth buying something like this, the benefit of the choice of cauldron and Tajin is very large.
Unusual and work with polishing the top layer of clay, through which all the dishes become very strong and less permeable. In the old days, polishing replaced glazing to some extent, being more simple and affordable.
I was interested in and here are the painted coffee machines, often referred to as cezve, or Turkish.
Jezve is considered traditional utensils for making coffee in Turkey and other countries of the Middle East. Previously, they were made of thick copper, but today you can find ceramic.
The word itself is borrowed from Arabic, and is translated as"burning coals". Each such coffee machine had its own intricate pattern.
But in such vessels-tajins very tasty preparing meat and vegetables that can be used in conventional ovens. Tajins (tagines) are made of red clay and are very popular among the peoples of Asia and the Middle East.
