Unfortunately, my vehicle has been broken into, overnight between Dec 12 & 13, 2022.
This is an announcement, and a reminder to all to not leave anything of value in your vehicle.
This is not the first time, and probably won't be the last.
The culprit got away with my vehicle registration and insurance documentation. Also got away with about $5 in change.
Unfortunately, many other vehicles have been targeted during this spree.
I live in a fairly safe neighborhood; however, the current state of the economy is not looking good.
This is likely a cause for crime to spike in known to be safe areas.
A reminder for all to be aware of your surrounding, and to be safe.
I will say this again, do not leave anything of value inside your vehicle as car thefts have gone through the roof in recent years.
Thank you for your attention.
Kind Regards,
doomzdayz
I'm very sorry that happened to you ,and it's great advice about not leaving valuables , not even a gps it takes seconds to brake the glass and snatch a valuable in sight.
It's unfortunate, but it does happen. Other vehicles in the garage got hit as well.
Hope this problem doesn't find it's way into your community
My car may be armed with an alarm but I'd tend to agree that when the economy gets worse crime would only increase as more people get desperate. The governments and Central banks just don't factor in the social cost of their insane Fiscal and Monetary policies.
Indeed. The economy will get more rough unfortunately. Hopefully it's recoverable.
