Steem - a brand with a promise!!! But which promise?

in #crimsaystakeaction6 years ago (edited)

From Majorca to Krakow and back again - with some stop-overs in Berlin and London in between. Steem truly is travel for me. Since the @impactn -team has decided to build its DApp on Steem, I'm part of the blockchain travel group - meeting great people, visiting fantastic places, enjoying food and drinks... already travelling in my mind again.

But Steem is even more a brand with a promise. Curation mechanisms promise quality. Sure, the crowd isn't always wise. But often enough it identifies gems, which wouldn't have been found otherwise. This is the promise of Steem. And this makes it so attractive. For those, looking for brilliant photographies. For those, looking for great sports content. For those, looking for a decentralised way of dealing with the challenges Steem and Steemit are facing like @pennsif @therealwolf @starkerz @soyrosa and many others more.

This promise of quality brought me to Steem. Looking for an approach to identify impactful projects changing the world to the better for people and planet. The moment I was aware of the whole picture: the upvoting (and flagging!) scheme, the comments enhancing quality, the community engagement for good content... this moment I knew, a twenty year long journey, searching for the right methods to identify and incentivise social impact could possibly have come to an end.

So here is my call-to-action, to let the world see: STEEM IS QUALITY.
Join our voyage to a better world! Help Steemians and Non-Steemians see, how many impactful projects there are already on this platform. And it is really simple. Just use the tag #globalgoalsfeed for every post related to the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. We'll all be surprised, how much is already going on here. And if you're curious now - here is another 3 minutes read: https://steemit.com/sdg/@impactn/join-us-on-a-challenging-journey-towards-a-better-world

Have you heard about Partiko? It’s a really convenient mobile app for Steem! With Partiko, you can easily see what’s going on in the Steem community, make posts and comments (no beneficiary cut forever!), and always stayed connected with your followers via push notification!

Partiko also rewards you with Partiko Points (3000 Partiko Point bonus when you first use it!), and Partiko Points can be converted into Steem tokens. You can earn Partiko Points easily by making posts and comments using Partiko.

We also noticed that your Steem Power is low. We will be very happy to delegate 15 Steem Power to you once you have made a post using Partiko! With more Steem Power, you can make more posts and comments, and earn more rewards!

If that all sounds interesting, you can:
