I just came home from one day trip to the rural part of Croatia, where I was filming, I am tired from the long trip and the whole day in nature. Consider this post as photo teaser for the tomorrow more comprehensive and more detailed post-

No, it is dried on the wind pork ham and preserved for 3 years in the basement with right conditions.

Walking around over there you can never be hungry, people there are very hospitable:)
