Louisville, Colorado is home to the best most friendly awesome Crossfit place ever. Well, TBH I've never been to another one. And the reason I go is really because it's where my endurance jump rope class migrated to. If any of you live nearby and are looking for some great exercise in a super friendly atmosphere with excellent coaches this is the place.
I live on Main Street and can see the old Grain Elevator building from my front door. This is good to know. I've never really tried the whole cross-fit thing due to old injuries, but I worked as a personal trainer for about 10 years or so. Perhaps I'll stop by on a Wednesday night.
Have you ever considered going to one of the Steemit meetups? We are growing a community here in Colorado.
Cheers,
Mike Bryant (AKA: @Rebele93)
What a neat coincidence! I am an old injured athlete myself. I am completely free to modify anything any time. Often do my PT exercises when a particular activity doesn't make sense for me. I go to the Tuesday Thursday endurance classes. But might try that Wed one some day. There is a large range of abilities and everyone is supported at their level. I believe first class is free so do try it out sometime!
