I have not done it yet, but this is what I hope to do on my next work break, if anyone is looking for a fun CrossFit workout to do:

“NGMI”

AMRAP6
Double DB Push Jerks (50/35)
Each time you break, perform 50 double-unders

  • score is # of jerks

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP6
Double DB Hang Power Cleans (50/35)
Each time you break, perform 30 air squats

  • score is # of cleans

Rest 3 minutes

AMRAP6
Double DB Deadlifts (50/35)
Each time you break, perform 10 burpees

  • score is # of deadlifts
