Double DB Hang Power Cleans (50/35)
Each time you break, perform 30 air squats
- score is # of cleans
Rest 3 minutes
AMRAP6
Double DB Deadlifts (50/35)
Each time you break, perform 10 burpees
- score is # of deadlifts
