Funny enough I grew up in pittsburgh where we only had yellow. When we'd go to ocean City NJ every summer, the white cheese they had out there was like a special treat. I ended up going to college in Philly and living out there for 15 years and it just became the only kind I knew. I moved back to Pittsburgh this past summer and now I see yellow cheese and think it's tainted!
