The NASDAQ stock market, the second-largest exchange in the world by market capitalization, announced that it would consider adding cryptocurrency to its offerings.
Once the space matures, Nasdaq is open to becoming a platform for trading cryptocurrencies like bitcoin, according to the company's CEO.
