Omar, I made my (1) and only steemit post July of 2016 and had high hopes in seeing some rewards.

However, I was disappointed at how my post was not getting recognized and eventually gave up as I felt that there was no way to get followers, upvotes, etc. The post is about international adoption and how my wife and I struggled with infertility and eventually adopted my wonderful son. The main reason I am into crypto is the hope that it will lead towards my family becoming financially secured and allow us to give my son the very best in life. Anyway, I watched this video as I do EVERYDAY and you stated that you occasionally upvote other peoples work on steemit. I am asking for help to maybe get the post noticed. That Gox coins being found story is fascinating. Don't think they will ever be able to get them though, but lets see!
I think they don't pay dividend but spend 20% of their profile and spend it on buying the ICN token back creating a constant buying force.
I was browsing their website a few weeks ago , really like them holding different assets and and portfolio. decided to buy 0.07 btc into iconomi, which is half of my monthly investment into cryptocurrency, and it goes up almost two fold:)/

This VISA thing might open up the floodgates. They are thinking 'if we can't beat them, join them' a pack will start forming and no one wants to be left behind on blockchain technology.

I think that they should put something in place to not allow such a big price crash.
For a currency like Ethereum with such a large market cap it should not be possible for it to crash that far on an exchange. I am sure it is not difficult to implement some sort of prevention system.
I got lucky and got 10 Eth when it dropped to the 250's and got all my genesis mining into all Ether, thanks for the video and update. Im essentially going all in on Ethereum for sure. the market cap is catching up!
I do like ether, but wouldnt go allin, they had massive problems the last days, network, also high transaction fees and that coinbase flat crash. They got work to do. Btc is the first pick currently
Seem like ETH have more utility at the moment. Even thought BTC is the first crypto-currency out there ETH is likely to surpass it in my opinion. But having said that both BTC and ETH are both worth holding.
True, have been seeing allot of eth delays, or shortages, however they are phrasing it. Maybe convert mining gains to btc for safe keeping haha

Visa hiring ETH devs, now thats a gamechanger!
I bought some ICN at $1.9 then bought some more at $4.8. In hindsight I wish I bought more at the lower price.
News about Visa getting into the Crypto/blockchain space is indeed big news. They've been interested in blockchain technology for a number of years now. They have 'Innovation Centres' in the US, UK, Israel and... I think, Singapore.
Obviously not giving away any clues about who I currently work for, but I've been inside Visa's UK Innovation Centre and it is big on the potential of blockchain. They talk about it right after they show you the 'connected car', which is a Bentley btw.
And if Visa are interested, then you can bet so are MasterCard, Amex, and everybody else in the space.
The news of them going public with job announcements is, I think, the next step on a road which will see these global multi-national companies become more and more involved in the space.
In a different space, think I also saw Cisco advertising for blockchain engineers too.
The Visa position looks to be in the B2B (Business-to-Business) space and focused on Settlement. Settlement, in this context, is how Visa derives the net settlement positions of all the banks on a daily basis. For eg, after everybody's done their shopping then bank A needs to transfer x dollars to bank B.
An extremely important part of the Visa ecosystem and I think the fact of them focusing on this as a potential for blockchain is a big confidence vote on the technology (as if anybody on here needs to be convinced).
Another great post though and I will be keeping an eye on both SingularDTV and EOS.
