I don't think so bro.. Futures are cash-only settlement so there is never a need to acquire BTC to settle the contracts. In addition to that, volume in Futures market is nowhere near enough to draw a correlation for manipulation

Volumes are 10x to the amount of BTC in existence.
Sometimes even 100x
There is no Cash settlements, only electronic FUD
