While I agree it's kind of disgusting to see it bounce back over 100% off the lows from yesterday, I could really care less what happens to it in the long-run. That's assuming there is a 'long-run' for it. 6 years of crypto has taught me that if it looks like a scam (buying Reddit ads on /r/Ethereum during the ICO) and smells like a scam (shitty code, horrific launch and completely centralized), then it's probably a scam and to stay far far away from it.

Don't get emotional when it comes to markets

Well we can say one thing about it at least: the concept is cool. Whether or not that ends up mattering at all is a different story.
And what I Do think is really cool is that they built it using BitShares 1.0 codebase, which at least to me makes me think people who learn about this and then find out there is a BitShares 2.0 (Graphene) open source codebase too will likely want to buy into bitshares :)
