Lolz. If they intentionally designed it like that you'd have to think NSA asked for it. Memory separation is a core feature, if a software designer can't rely on it that's called a bug. To be more precise in semiconductor they are called errata, but that's just the same.

Just search intel errata. You'll find plenty of document with this note:

The products described may contain design defects or errors known as errata which may cause the product to deviate from published specifications. Current characterized errata are available on request.

I heard a rumour about this some years ago, now is confirmed and tested, we should see black hat hackers exploit the vulnerability and not only NSA.
