The deals offered to China are:

1. Agree to a better trade deal with the US and US will deal with North Korea plus US will back China in disputed Bhutan region.

2. Don't agree to a better trade deal then China deals with North Korea and US will back India over disputed Bhutan region.

IMHO anyway...

Interesting, I doubt the U.S. really cares at all about this, but it would be an interesting bargaining chip to use with China.
