I think this is an example of why people are so hesitant to participate in these cryptos as it seems technical for those who are not used to these type of code drive commands. I don't think the ETH should be stuck if it wasn't due to an error on the owner's side. I wonder if Parity has a liability of these lost Ether as it seems as it was their negligence.
