I bought Bitcoin in 2013, discovered it on reddit ironically. What interested me about BTC originally was the technology at the time I just thought it was super interesting, and pretty remarkable. Especially, when I started researching and realized the potential of the open ledger technology aka the blockchain.
So, what made me even more interested was that mystery behind it and Who Satoshi really was... I think it was a team behind it, and went anonymous to prove that a centralized system was not necessary to make this technology work. That's the beautiful part and hope we'll soon be part of this new decentralized world.
