ok, lets take it frm the start. Did you order from the order module on website?, what is your order ID if you have received an e-mail? what is the amount you sent? the approx time you sent and I can check for you, also could be good to know the account name on OpenLedger. Tell me this and we can get this straghtened out. openledger-wallet is the hot wallet where the currencies go through in order to reach its destination, so nothing wrong in seeing that account name in this process. Tell me in e-mail [email protected] if you like

Hi Sebastian, please send a mail to [email protected] for support.

The BlockPay token will be automatically distributed at the end of phase 3 to your OpenLedger account.

The BTC on the ico.openledger account have been moved to the cold storage for security reasons. You find the address on www.blockpay.ch at the ICO page.
