The Russians go in the right direction. The Russian government has completely changed its mind regarding cryptocurrencie. They see the future that the blockhain has. Unlike governments like the Dutch who are always running behind the facts.

I believe it's the ECB and ultranationalists that spreading bad press about Bitcoin as spread of a global currency like Bitcoin will diminish thier influence
Also, I think there are some Dutch who fear the craze for Bitcoin would be like tulip mania.
