I'm just wondering if anyone could help me in my search. I'm looking for an exchange that offers free money/tokens for purchasing $100 or X amount of BTC, or something similar. Thanks in advance for any information.

I use Shakepay, but I think they're just in Canada. If you use a referral link, they give $10 free after the first $100 purchase to both the referrer and the new customer. It's just a one time deal though.
