It has been proven that CryptoTab is not profitable for anyone who wants to mine Bitcoin through their home computer, but even so many beginner users and even cryptocurrency intermediaries still believe that they can mine Bitcoin through home computers. If you do a little research on Google you will see that Bitcoin mining is only possible with powerful hardware developed for this, and yet in most cases it is still not profitable.
Another thing that puzzles me a lot is that Google and Apple banned cryptocurrency mining apps from their respective stores in 2018, I remember that many of them like Electroneum, Phoneum, Minergate had to adapt by offering "cloud" mining , which in some cases is just an airdrop of the real miners of these cryptocurrencies. But CriptoTab is still there in the PlayStore and App Store, and without any reference to mining in the cloud. Very strange !
I always try to warn beginners not to install this mining browser on their computer and I show other, much more profitable options like Brave https://brave.com/bit015, NetBox https://netbox.global/r/christiansterque, BiTTube https://bittube.app/?ref?2JPCLF9MX, LBRY and Airdrops, if you want to get cryptocurrencies for free, without wasting your time and having no financial loss like damaging your devices and increasing your electric bill.
Some will argue that it is profitable, but if you build a large network of nominees, then I answer why not do it with other, much more profitable projects like Brave, NetBox, LBRY?
But it seems to me that the case of CryptoTab is really that dream of wanting easy money without doing anything or almost nothing, and who doesn't like it? Only this is a trap, after all as they say in the business world: "there is no free lunch"
