I think this was a great review. You had lots of great content highlighted. I especially like how you ran a virus scan on the client and posted that; that was one of my main concerns is there wasn't much mention of protection of the people who use this so thank you for that!
I apologize it has taken me some time to comment. I did read this when you originally posted it several days ago but have been busy!
Which country do you live in that you are allowed to participate in the TestNet?

Here is the list of countries excluded from NOIA Testnet node

Hi! Every country except Republic of China (excluding Hong Kong, Taiwan & Macau), Japan, Canada, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Ethiopia, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Syria, Trinidad & Tobago, Tunisia, Vanuatu, Yemen, Afghanistan, Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Republic of Guinea, Republic of Guinea Bissau, Libya, Myanmar, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan.

Apart from this list everyone can join the NOIA Testnet node
