Cryptocurrencies are having a huge impact on many businesses and the economy. It will be interesting to see how the blockchain business model impacts the property development and real estate industry. The value of real estate transactions that occur every year is absolutely huge globally.
The Relex project got my attention recently and I liked it so much I invested in it. Relex already have a beta version of their property platform set up which allows investors to transact and purchase development projects in Canada and South East Asia. It is also a great way to turn your crypto money into something physical like a unit and villa. Alternatively you can take fractional ownership of malls, industrial sites and shopping centres in North America through their partner at Woodfine Capital (who are a major developer in North America). They are also partnered with Cocobay Denang who are building a new resort city by the beach in Vietnam.
They plan on adding a lot of new property developers to the platform over the course of this year too, so there will be lots more projects to choose from over time.
Relex is up 500 percent the past week, but still has a market cap less than $10 million.
There is a lot more tell about this project and I will do a further post on some of the interesting aspects of this project in the future, such as their participation in future infrastructure funding projects in South East Asia

Hi Buggedout, yep I really like this one and they have partnered with Woodfine Capital which gives me a lot of confidence. Their platform is still in beta mode. They are also doing a 1 for 1 airdrop next month for their imhalable health token business in May too.
