I have accounts at Poloniex, Bittrex and Bitfinex.
Poloniex offers a huge amount of altcoins but is extremely slow. On Bittrex I am able to order TenX (PAY), what I like and on Bitfinex IOTA, what I like most.
Why is there not even one platform offering good and fast service with at least all coins in the top 100 according to coinmarketcap?
Thats sad. I stick with Bitfinex, because they offer most of the currencies I like, while having an eye-friendly layout. Bittrex is used for TenX(PAY) only.
What exchanges are you using and why ?
I use Bittrex because its variety and stability. Also Kraken since accepts EURO
I'd like to use Bitfinex but I hear that they will no longer do business with Americans soon. Bittrex and Kraken I use and am now worried that they may do the same, but I am still trading so just paying attention. Kraken I used to buy Iconomi and Monero only, however, Bittrex is must simpler to use quickly.

Its sad, but the U.S. is one of the states which steeply increases regulations on cryptocurrencies. I am sure, that other states will follow.
To be honest: I agree, that the crypto-market needs some regulations, because we are not in the wild west anymore. Anyways, such regulations should not lead to the exclusion on a countries customers to a business.
