Today, in it's official announcement Facebook claims that there are “many companies” that use Facebook’s platform to advertise financial products, such as binary options, cryptocurrencies and ICOs, but do so "in good faith”.

“Two of our core advertising principles outline our belief that ads should be safe, and that we build for people first,” said Facebook.
I don't know what the hell that mean. I believe that advertising industry can never stand a ground on the the basis of ethics or good faith (except public campaign ads from governments). I guess they are really scared about crypto currency getting popular day by day. They know that if they want to reap the profit for longer remaining time, they have to slow the awareness about crypto and blockchain.
Man you can't stop revolution. Do whatever you can.

yet at the the same time they have plans to introduce cryptocurrency payments. Must admit anything I have put out during my first month here at steemit FB have attacked for a whole month and i have done a lot of marketing on FB in the past. How ever it forced me to spread the word else where like twitter and instagram but this ban is going to extend to instagram. Are they doing it for the interests of people not been scammed or is it because their monopoly dominance is under threat
