Access token: this is a membership token that will act as dividend keys on the Realtyreturns platform and allows payment to the user in ethereum. The payment will be based on the cash flow associated with the properties and security tokens owned by the user.
Returns token: This token is based on the ethereum platform (ERC-20) which is the most advanced and widely used blockchain platform in existence and will be backed by physical real estate. It allows decentralized trading tokens on all platforms that support the ERC-20 tokens. This increases the chances of liquidity significantly.
The returns token will solve the problem faced by security issuers - such as limiting the number of investors and specified ownership levels - by enforcing regulatory compliance at the token level.

The Returns Token: a permissioned ERC-20 smart contract that represents ownership of real estate security. Each time a transfer is initiated, the returns token calls the governor service check method from the transfer and transfer from method (these are stated in details in ERC-20 specifications). If the check is successful, tokens will be transferred accordingly with a successful check status event and if unsuccessful, the transfer fails and is indicated with an unsuccessful check status event along with the reason for failure. The check status event can be used by users to find out the reason why a trade was declined.
Governor Service: the governor service involves a single check method - that contains all info provided during transfer – taken from the transfer and transfer from method. In order to approve of or disapprove of a trade in the returns token, the governor service has to provide a whitelist of approved investors, their trading permissions and additional token trading setting in a manner that satisfies relevant requirements.
Service Recorder: it provides the returns token with a means of finding the recent, correct or desired version of the governor’s service.
It provides an updated governor service address to the returns token whenever a new version of the governor’s service released. This is to ensure that the right governor’s token is used for trade approval by returns token.
TOKEN SALE
About 1.2 billion access tokens will be sold through smart contract. During the crowd sales, about 150 million membership tokens will be created and sold through smart connect. 20% of the total membership tokens will be created and held by Realtyreturns treasury, 10% will be for the advisors, influencers, team members, brand ambassadors etc. while the other 10% will be allocated to the founders and subjected to a period of time before they can be owned fully by the founders.
