Yup looking at the history graphs of bitcoin it has always done the same thing. And I would assume it will do the same thing again.

In my opinion of course only, bitcoin might go as high as 5k yet this year (some predict upwards of even 10k) but than will resettle downwards again like it always has to around 700 this time. And than again repeating itself with a higher value than the last peak and settling once again at a higher value than the 700ish I would guess it will do this time.... and the cycle continues ... the history graphs show this trend.

This of course is contingent on that another coin doesn't take over, which I believe Eth has a very good possibility of doing so. The difference with Eth however is there is no market cap, more coins can always be pumped with no supply limit.
