Time to write a diary entry about a game that was launched on Tuesday that had A LOT of activity. It had a crazy 5000 ETH in transactions on Thursday with transaction after transaction being over 100 ETH each. It was incredible watching the etherscan as the transactions were coming in.

Description: This is a hot-potato type game where you own the world, a subcontinent, a country, or a city. You own it until someone wants to buy it from you - and you can't HODL if someone wants it bad enough. The price increase jumps 2X until you hit the 2 ETH threshold and then it lowers from there.
History: Yes, this game is only 4 days old, but I think it is important to show the progression in the game. When they launched, you could buy the world, the continents, and all the countries. This lead to a steady number of transactions as people were trying to find the best deals. There would be no more inventory coming in, so these were the ones to bid on. Yesterday, they released all the subcontinents and started to drop cities. Therefore, in the coming days, they can continue to drop more and more cities, but the others are already at max.
Payouts: The obvious payout is if someone buys your asset. The other way to make money is based on the dividends. If someone buys a city, 1% of the transaction goes to the each of the owners of the country, subcontinent, continent, and world that the city is in. If someone buys a country, 1% of the transaction goes to each of the owners of the subcontinent, continent, and world that the country is in. And, so on up the chain. So, the person owning the world will receive 1% of all transactions occurring in the world.
Cost of Entry: The cost of entry now is a little on the high end. The cheapest thing available on the game (as of the time writing this) is .458 ETH. Whenever they drop additional cities, the prices start at .001, but that quickly rises to the .458 ETH floor in the matter of seconds.
Developer: The developer has been active in the discord group. He also mentioned that something is in the works that will be released on Sunday. I don't know what that is, but I will be looking out for it.
Recommendation: If you can afford to get in for the .458 ETH, I definitely recommend it. I would recommend buying a country over a city (both are currently at the floor of .458) because you can receive dividends whenever a city in that country is released. However, the ones on the floor will not have many cities released in comparison to say the United States. I do believe there will still be a lot of flipping going on, but the amount of transactions have really dropped since the cities have been released. For some reason, people are jumping on the cities and leaving the rest alone. Although, I will say that some of the higher end countries, continents, and subcontinents have flipped.

** UPDATE ** They just released historic figures within this game as well. The popular items are the new cities and the new historic figures. It may make the most sense to focus on those and countries do NOT appear to be selling at this time.
