Here are the steps I just did
Set up a Splinterlands https://splinterlands.com/?ref=foundation21 account with username and password
I searched for @KennysKitchen's referral link to use: https://splinterlands.com?ref=kennysgaminglife
Connected Splinterlands.com account to my external wallet
Swapped BTC to Binance SmartChain with https://SimpleSwap.io
Swapped BNB to SPS (Splinterlands Shards) with https://PancakeSwap.finance
Acquired the Hive keys for the Splinterlands account
Reset the Hive keys with https://PeakD.com
Saved new keys to a safe place and imported into Hive Keychain browser add-on
Imported the SPS from Binance SmartChain to Hive via Splinterlands.com
Staked a bunch of SPS at 160% APR
Played the tutorial
Played my first ranked battle and won
