RE: Will Steem and other cryptocurrencies Die without China support?

in #crypto7 years ago (edited)

Why should any act by the Chinese government effect crypto? Aren't these accounts all in individual wallets, and the people who had coins in Chinese exchanges just had to move them say to Japanese exchanges, to me all this hype is about pushing the prices so far down, that people who can't afford to lose 5 grand have to sell their coins at a loss and then the big boys (I'l bet bankers, elites, and governments) will buy a big share of the market. The good news is if you have enough money to withstand this onslaught you are probably going to make a lot of money the dark side is if you are not financially solid you just lost a lot of money.

Very good point @gduran very rich speculators move all these prices and make a lot of money doing some. Some people will just sell off out of fear after buying high and endup as losers ...best strategy is to buy low and sell high even if you have to wait isnt it?

Yes, the problem is if you don't have enough liquidity, I mean if you have say 100 grand laying around doing nothing you couldn't do better than buy some crypto, problem is not many people have more than the necessary for daily basics.

Good point, I agree with you.
