Well...it is part of their job...and tbh that one that was Airfox or something was sketchy AF...but I also think there might have been another just like it TBH... They're gonna have their hands full. I don't personally feel like those two ICO's were enough to panic sell any coins I hold...but I don't hold any potential scams currently.

Agreed, that news by itself wasn't that big. However, the implications are huge. It means that any ICO project that sold to US investors without properly registering (hint none of them registered), it means they are likely going to have to sell all the bitcoin and ether they raised in order to satisfy the SEC. That could represent billions of dollars in sell pressure depending on how many ICOs violated securities laws. My guess is a lot of them did... most of them in fact.

Yeah...and I think it's a bully move to require registration. Hopefully they'll only go after sketchy ones. How they act in the near future will determine whether they're just swinging their cod around...or if we have a war on our hands.

I have a fear that they might just go crazy because they hate the mere concept of crypto.
